Spotlight 2024: Recognizing Wellness Champions

At Spotlight, we recognize the incredible journeys of individuals who have transformed their health through lifestyle changes. This is no easy feat. It often means overcoming a lifetime of habits and battling cravings both physically and mentally.

While support from loved ones is crucial, the path to wellness is ultimately one we must walk ourselves. That's why we celebrate those who have conquered these challenges and emerged victorious.

Wellness Champions who have overcome disorders/diseases across 12 categories are recognised.

In 2024, there were over 2600 nominations from 70+ countries for the Spotlight Wellness Awards.

Behind every successful health transformation is a dedicated wellness coach. It takes more than just knowledge to be a great wellness coach. It takes passion, empathy, and unwavering dedication.

Spotlight recognizes coaches who go above & beyond to help clients achieve lasting wellness.

Spotlight 2024 Highlights

The toughest part of presenting the highlights of an event that is as exuberant as Spotlight, is to identify what to leave out!

The mind-awakening discussion with Satyajit Hange, co-founder of Two Brothers Organic Farms, showed us a possibility of using healthier food ingredients. The joy of listening to the children who are part of the community’s League of Young Leaders program, gave us tremendous hope about how children are taking pride in developing healthy habits, be it about eating salads, managing their money, being kind to others, helping around the house, respecting elders or enjoying their daily lives away from their digital devices. All of us enjoyed the musical narrative that our live band presented, as they took us along on a client’s transformation journey. The audience roared with laughter is an understatement, while they completely grasped the underlying message as well.

It is needless to say that the entire event felt extra special because of the huge number (600+) of wellness enthusiasts who had joined us from across the country. Their presence only confirmed that our country is ready for change and the future is looking brighter, happier and healthier.

Community in Action: the heart of spotlight

What makes Spotlight truly unique? This mega-event is completely orchestrated by volunteers from the Wellness Atlas community. These individuals go above and beyond, dedicating their time and expertise to create something truly special.

The level of professional planning is remarkable. From managing 2600+ nominations, getting the awards done, to putting together a live musical at the event, to managing the children on the LYL panel, their execution is flawless. It's a dream come true for any event management company!

This warrior team pours their heart into Spotlight, burning the midnight oil for weeks. They ensure that every Wellness Champion walks away feeling celebrated and empowered.

Because ultimately, taking back control of your health is the biggest victory of all.
